Store discount and guarantee agreement

You list items at your normal retail price. Each item's price in magic points equals its retail price in dollars.
Spirit O Santa agrees a discount off retail with your store when we approve it. When a child's item is funded, you bill Spirit O Santa the agreed wholesale cost (retail price minus that discount).
You guarantee listed items stay available at the listed price for the season, or you offer an equal or better substitute.
Spirit O Santa keeps the difference between retail and wholesale to run the program.
Spirit O Santa pays your invoices by check or another method outside the app. No bank details are stored in the app.
